Course: Strengthening Your Well-being and Resiliency

Research shows that people who have high well-being and strong resiliency are often happier and more productive, both at work and at home. This interactive workshop focuses on strategies for improving or maintaining a high-quality level of well-being, as well as developing skills for stronger resiliency. Participants will develop a plan for focusing on their well-being and identify strategies for improving resiliency.
