However, too often a controversial Tweet can send a company’s PR department scrambling or lead the termination of an employee. In this session, participants will explore the emergence of social media, learn about the complex opportunities and challenges faced by corporate and employee social media use, learn about the purpose and audiences behind common social media platforms, discover common social media pitfalls, and develop their own social media flow to help make decisions about acceptable content to share on social media.
