Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan Refresh

Course: Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan Refresh

Audience: Officers, directors, managers and supervisory level individuals who work within operational, financial, investment, compliance, credit, auditing, data and cyber areas who are responsible for DRBC planning and execution. Consultants and human resource individuals will also find benefit in this workshop.
Method: In-person instructor-led
Duration: Half-day

Dust off those outdated disaster recovery and business continuity (DRBC) plans in your file cabinets. Based on the rate of change over the past few years in technology, social media, information, data security, climate change and workplace violence, it’s probably time to take a look at your existing plans.

Goals

This workshop will help you:

  • Assess your organization’s existing plans
  • Consider new risks and threats
  • Outline development steps to bring your DRBC plan up to date

If your DRBC plan hasn’t had a comprehensive refresh in the past 2 years, you should strongly consider having one or several members of your organization attend.

Due to the high demand and prework required for this workshop, the enrollment cutoff time is earlier than other workshops.
