Training needs analysis is discussed, and the various methodologies and considerations are examined to address both short and long-term training and development goals, including leadership development objectives. Effective talent management begins with communicating performance expectations, and providing feedback on progress. Various methods of performance evaluation are presented to the student to accomplish performance improvement goals.
The course covers the challenges and opportunities of various approaches specifically in Human Resource Management.
