Gaining the experience and confidence to develop fellow colleagues’ skillsets and work collaboratively is challenging. When attempting to develop skills in leaders as part of an organizational transformation, it is important to gain “critical mass” and to provide a framework and cohort support. This session is designed with the idea of using the network of cohorts as part of the coaching, as the skills will first be tested within the cohort before moving outward into the organization. Ongoing support is needed from coaches and mentors to make it a habit. Reflective learning is introduced as a leader’s tool.
