Free Resilience Training Video: Resilience in Uncertain Times

Resilience, or the ability to recover quickly from adversity, is a valuable trait. The COVID-19 pandemic has created a whole new set of challenges for everyone from health care workers to teachers to parents. Many may find it hard to bounce back right now, but it is possible to improve your personal resilience, even in uncertain times.

Thomas Lenz, PhD, director and professor of the Master of Science in Integrative Health and Wellness program at Creighton University’s Graduate School, created a video series to enhance a sense of well-being and provide practical strategies to meet the demands of our current global situation.

Topics include:

  • What is Resiliency?
  • Chronic Stress
  • Connectedness
  • Stillness
  • Gratitude and Generosity
  • Wholeness

The six 10-minute videos in this series will dig into the topics above and help you build your personal resilience. Register with your contact information to view this free content.
