Emotional and Social Intelligence Fall 2018

Emotional and Social Intelligence Fall 2018
Wednesday, September 19, 2018 - 8:00am - 12:00pm

This course offers a way to understand our emotions and those of others. With that understanding, we can control our emotions, influence others and achieve greater success.

Cost: $125

What is social and emotional intelligence (EI) and what does it have to do with our work environment? How can having high EI translate into better relationships and improved performance? All of these questions and much more will be covered in this interactive training workshop.

Imagine if you had a team of people who were aware of their emotions, knew how to manage them (mitigate negative impacts / leverage opportunities), truly cared for others and took time to understand needs and issues, collaborated and helped motivate for improved performance, and ultimately helped guide everyone towards a common goal – willingly?

Yes – Emotional Intelligence, it’s kind of like that.

This workshop, “Social and Emotional Intelligence: Better Relationships / Exceptional Outcomes” will provide the fundamental information and practical tools necessary for you to develop better working relationships, reduce consternation in the workplace, and leverage the innate and unique characteristics of your team members, colleagues, and supervisors to build a high performing team and build value for your organization.
