APhA’s Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services Certificate (21 CEUs)

  • Explore your role in providing MTM services to patients. This 21-hour course includes 10 hours of at-home module preparation and an eight-hour hands-on, daylong program and three hours of post-program work.

APhA’s Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate Training Program (14th Edition)

  • APhA’s Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate Training Program (14th Edition) is an innovative, intensive, and practice-based continuing pharmacy education, based on national educational standards for immunization training from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This program is designed to educate pharmacists about the professional opportunities for vaccine advocacy and administration. This practice-based curriculum represents a fusion of science and clinical pharmacy. The program, which emphasizes a healthcare team approach, seeks to foster the implementation of interventions that will promote disease prevention and public health.
